Packages to Cuba

What can travel, how it is charged, and how it arrives.

What you can send qué puedes mandar

Food, medicine, toiletries, clothing, shoes and appliances. Cuban customs sets rules per item and per quantity, and those rules change. At the counter we review your list before sealing the box, so nothing gets left behind or lost.

Air or sea aérea o marítima

Air is the fast way: best for urgent and light shipments. Maritime carries more weight for less money: best for big boxes.

Charges go by weight and by route. Which one makes sense depends on what you send, and we work it out with you at the counter before you pay.

Tracked to the door rastreo hasta la puerta

Every box is registered with its destination and we tell you how it's going. If customs holds something, we tell you and walk you through the options. You're not left alone with the problem.
